Servi Plus is Bear Robotics' high capacity serving robot, built to carry up to 88 pounds across big dining rooms, banquet halls and buffets. It is worth it if your floor is large and your aisles are wide, and buying at about $13,990 beats the monthly plan over three years. Most 60 to 120 seat restaurants will get more value from the cheaper standard Servi.

It is the larger sibling of the standard Servi Bear Servi Plus ↗ Bear Servi ↗.

What it does well
Capacity is the main reason to choose it. Each tray holds 22 pounds, for 88 pounds in total, which Bear says is more than 16 entrees in one trip Bear Servi Plus ↗. You can set it up with 2 to 4 trays, and it can carry up to 4 extra large trays or 4 standard bus tubs Bear Servi Plus ↗. That makes it useful for bussing as well as running food.
It is built to keep plates steady. Active suspension handles mixed flooring, ADA ramps and thresholds up to half an inch Bear Servi Plus ↗. Its speed ranges from 0.1 to 1.2 meters per second, and Bear sells drink trays and tray shields as accessories Bear Servi Plus ↗.
It can run a full service day. Bear quotes 10 to 12 hours of battery life and 4 to 6 hours to recharge, using auto charging or a wired charger Bear Servi Plus ↗. RobotLAB lists 8 to 12 hours and a 3 hour charge, so expect real runtime to vary with load RobotLAB Servi+ ↗.
It scales to a fleet. Several robots can be managed from one dashboard in Bear Universe, which Bear says avoids deadlocks and congestion Bear Servi Plus ↗. RobotLAB lists elevator and door integration and multi floor support, which matters for hotels and banquet venues on more than one level RobotLAB Servi+ ↗. A 10.4 inch screen, LED display and multilingual sound system help guests know when food has arrived Bear Servi Plus ↗.
Where it falls short
It needs space. Servi Plus requires a clear path of at least 65 cm, or 25.6 inches Bear Servi Plus ↗. The standard Servi can work in 55 to 65 cm depending on tray setup, so tight dining rooms may suit it better Bear Servi ↗.
Renting costs far more than buying. At $479 a month for 36 months, the RaaS plan adds up to about $17,240, versus $13,990 to buy RobotLAB Servi+ ↗ RobotLAB delivery robots ↗.
Some details are not public. Bear does not list warranty terms on its page, only that several warranty options exist for purchase and subscription Bear Servi Plus ↗. RobotLAB's page leaves load and navigation specs as contact for details and does not mention warranty RobotLAB Servi+ ↗.
