The Roborock Qrevo CurvX is a slim robot vacuum and mop with a retractable LiDAR, strong carpet cleaning and a dock that washes mops in hot water and dries them with warm air. At its $799.99 sale price it is a strong midrange pick for homes with low furniture, as long as you can live with a small dust bin and no automatic detergent.
What the Roborock Qrevo CurvX is
The Qrevo CurvX is a robot vacuum and mop from Roborock. It has 22,000 Pa suction, dual spinning mops pressed down with up to 12 N of force, and a dock that empties the dust, washes the mops in 176°F water, dries them with 113°F warm air and refills the robot's water tank Roborock ↗.
Its standout design feature is height. The robot is 3.14 inches tall, and its RetractSense LiDAR drops down so it can fit under low furniture Roborock ↗. Vacuum Wars measured it as tied for the lowest robot it has tested Vacuum Wars ↗.
Roborock's AI obstacle avoidance recognizes 108 types of objects Roborock ↗. Hands on testing is in progress, and we will update this review with our results.
What it does well
Carpet and hair. In Vacuum Wars' tests it removed 92 percent of embedded sand from medium carpet, against a 77 percent average, and tied for third among more than 205 robots tested Vacuum Wars ↗. It had 0 percent hair tangling in the 7 inch hair test, against a 28 percent average Vacuum Wars ↗.
Getting under and over things. The slim body reaches under beds and sofas, and Roborock says it climbs double layer thresholds up to 1.57 inches Roborock ↗. Vacuum Wars said it did well on thresholds Vacuum Wars ↗.
Avoiding clutter. It avoided 20 of 24 obstacles in Vacuum Wars' test, against a 17 average Vacuum Wars ↗.
Mop care. The dock washes the mop pads in hot water and dries them with warm air for 2, 3 or 4 hours Roborock ↗. Vacuum Wars found the automatic mop lift on carpet and the extending edge mop worked well, and saw no streaking on dark floors in follow up tests Vacuum Wars ↗.
Battery. Vacuum Wars lists an official runtime of 220 minutes and estimates about 1,445 square feet per charge, above the 1,098 average Vacuum Wars ↗.
Where it falls short
No automatic detergent. Roborock's page says the CurvX does not have a cleaning solution cartridge Roborock ↗, so the dock cannot dose floor cleaner for you.
A small dust bin. Vacuum Wars called the onboard bin very small and well below average, and noted in a May 2026 follow up that it became more noticeable in a busy family home Vacuum Wars ↗. Pet owners may need more frequent runs.
Lower raw airflow. It measured 13 CFM airflow and 0.54 kPa suction in Vacuum Wars' test, below the category averages of 16.8 CFM and 0.96 kPa, though its carpet results were still strong Vacuum Wars ↗.
High water use. On the lowest setting it used more than double the average water, though the reviewer later found this was not a practical problem Vacuum Wars ↗.
The standard warranty is 1 year Roborock ↗.
